Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

We were beginning to feel a bit left out here in the Cotswolds...news reports of snow in the north, but not a flake here. Until today...

It's been snowing here all morning. The snow-covered trees we can see from our bedroom window are so pretty.

Our magnolia tree was soon covered in snowflakes.

I keep dashing to the window to see how deep the snow's getting!

I'm having a Narnia moment... Let me know if anyone spots Mr Tumnus!

It truly is the Narnia lamp post!
Just look at all your snow - we had a shower of large snowy flakes for about twenty minutes and then nothing. But we are forecast lots overnight. I had a photo-text from our friends in Stroud showing them playing in deep snow, so no doubt you have plenty of it by now!
Enjoy the white stuff - hope everything else can wait!

Happy new year to you - that certainly is a winter wonderland! And if it's going to be Narnia, isn't it lucky that we have had Christmas already?

Hope you're keeping warm!

Back again!
Mr Bun wanted to watch the Disney Narnia "L,W and Wardrobe" this evening and I do declare I saw your lamp post there and the most lovely Mr Tumnus of any adaptation!
Still no snow here.... yet.....

Hello, just popped in from funkymonkeys blog to say hello. Love the view from your window, it is so pretty. Started looking through your previous posts and saw the fireworks on the Thames at the Millennium celebration which reminded me I was throwing up all that evening (pregnant with first child), then down still until I clapped eyes on your cat, Phoebe. We had one JUST LIKE THAT! Even got my husband cooing away - the memories, aaaw.
Happy New Year
